FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control static and dynamic parameters of multiple-output LSIC crystals, including for reading information from matrices of IR photosensitive elements. Essence of the invention is that the method of making a rigid probe head for electrically connecting the LSIC contact pads with the measurement circuit involves assembling the rigid probe head using the forming and reinforcing rings, wherein forming and reinforcing rings are made of round shape with concentric holes, after assembly of rigid probe head (RPH) to inner part of reinforcing ring and adjacent row of probes, additional dielectric inserts are glued in form of segments with outer diameter equal to inner diameter of reinforcing ring, and internal part of arc-shaped shape for alignment of lengths of probes in center and along edges of rows of probes.
EFFECT: possibility of simplifying the RPH production process while maintaining approximately the same probes lengths throughout the row.
