FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology. For prediction of the results of the conservative therapy of residual calculus of kidneys formed after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy of dendritic calculi K1-K3, determining an index of the concrement homogeneity by determining the relation of the average area of the zone of maximum density to the average calcareous area in percentage and if its value is 9 % or more, a positive result of the conservative therapy is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy of prediction and does not require additional research and use of additional software, reduces number of unreasonably conducted expensive high-technology therapeutic procedures and length of stay of patients in hospital.
