FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology of plants. Method involves microscions cultivation in vitro. In the medium for rooting in vitro containing mineral salts MS in half concentration, 0.1 mg/l of IAA, 0.1 mg/l of IBA, 30 g/l of sucrose, 7 g/l of agar, activated carbon is added in concentration of 100 mg/l. Initial plant material used for rooting ex vitro is represented by microscions at the stage of adaptation in non-sterile conditions from 2 to 3 weeks. Tops with length of not less than 30 mm are cut off from microscions, which are planted in substrate consisting of 0–5 mm peat and 1–5 mm fraction pearlite in ratio 3:1, to which glycoldladin powder is added in ratio of 50 mg/1 l of substrate. Glioclactin is added not less than 5 days before planting, after which cultivation of plants is carried out at temperature 20–25 °C, humidity 90–100 % and illumination 5–10 thousand lux with duration of light day 16 hours.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of production of planting material of grapes using non-rooted microscions.
