FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method including in vitro induction, elongation and rooting of micro-shoots on agarized nutrient medium and their transfer into ex vitro conditions for growth and development. According to the invention, micro-shoot induction and their rooting directly in tissue culture are carried out in winter season. The transfer of obtained plants into ex vitro conditions for cultivating large-sized plant material is performed in the beginning of spring season by their individual placement with closed root system in micro-greenhouse in unsterile substrate at air humidity of 80-90% and following plant re-transfer with increased volume of unsterile substrate.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining large-sized plant material with height of 50 cm to 1 m and higher depending on clone genotype.
