SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to communication equipment and, in particular, to a communication method, a terminal device and a network device. To this end, the communication method disclosed in the present application includes steps of: terminal apparatus receives first indicating information transmitted by network device and used to indicate first resource; and the terminal apparatus transmits, according to the first indication information, the uplink channel or uplink signal to the network device using the third resource located in the second resource, wherein the third resource is a resource which is located in the second resource and does not overlap with the first resource.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling proper use of resources determined for a terminal device by a network device for a specific channel or signal, avoiding loss of fragments of said resources, which cannot be used by any other channels or signals.
