SUBSTANCE: for this purpose provision is made for: reception by the terminal device of indicating information transmitted by the network device and used to indicate the first resource associated with the time domain, for dispatching a downlink in a first frequency-time resource domain, wherein frequency domain related resources contained in the first frequency-time resource domain, are part of system pass band; and receiving, by the terminal device in the first time related resource, downlink data transmitted by the network device in accordance with the indication information.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of efficiency of wireless communication system.
