FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a Lactuca sativa plant comprising an introgression fragment from Lactuca virosa on chromosome 6 and chromosome 7, which has higher resistance to Nasonovia ribisnigri biotype 1 (Nr:1) compared to a plant which does not contain said fragments of introgression, as well as to its seed, leaf, part and head. Also disclosed is a method for identifying a wild-type lettuce plant containing QTL6.1, as well as a method for identifying a wild-type lettuce plant containing QTL7.1, and a method for identifying a wild-type lettuce plant containing QTL6.1 and QTL7.1. Invention also relates to a method for screening lines of a cultivated lettuce plant or options for the presence of QTL6.1, a method for screening lines of a cultivated lettuce plant or options for the presence of QTL7.1, as well as to a method for screening lines of a cultivated lettuce plant or versions for the presence of QTL6.1 and QTL7.1.
EFFECT: invention enables to efficiently obtain a plant of Lactuca sativa with high resistance to Nasonovia ribisnigri biotype 1 (Nr:1).
