Disclosed is a method of controlling maintenance of engineering systems of an object, according to which signals of the reaction of a device, which are expected in terms of time and characteristics are pre-formed and stored in accordance with the maintenance schedule of the automation device, according to the schedule, maintenance of the device elements is performed, forcedly triggering the device operation, controlling the received signals of the device response, according to which the technical condition of the device is decided, time signals and characteristics of the obtained automatic device state signals with the expected values are compared, and a signal on execution/violation of the maintenance schedule of the device is generated based on the comparison results.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing reliable data of maintenance of object and excluding possibility of violation of maintenance rules.
