FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in dental restoration. In supporting teeth on lateral aproximal surfaces with ball-like burs there are sawed out opposite each other holes in the form of triangle with depth of 1.5–2.0 mm depending on installed fiberglass pins, one of corners of triangle is directed to gum if supporting tooth is premolar or molar, and the angle of the triangle is directed to the cutting edge of the tooth, if the support tooth is a cutter or canine, in one of said teeth on the chewing surface there additionally is made a groove with depth of 1 mm, length of 3 mm, width of 1.5 mm, passing into the specified triangle. Then, in the tooth, in which there is only a triangle, one end of the pins is set, and the other end of the pins is inserted into the triangle of the second tooth through the groove on the masticating surface, the pins are fixed on the double-cured cement, on the above structure, the tooth is restored with fingers by the Ceramage material, wherein the Ceramage layer is applied on the pins and simulates the tooth with the fingers wetted with the Ceramage patterning liquid, then the restoration is finished by means of ironing and other tools.
