FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Artificial heart with membrane-valve pump comprises a shell, inside which there are receivers and compression chambers with working fluid, equipped with suction and delivery valves, separated with partitions, and an electric power source configured to act on the membrane acting as a pump. Shell is made in the form of bearing housing of tubular tetrahedral rectangular profile, having inside chamber closed on one side with blind bottom, on the other side - detachable lid, wherein the chamber is divided along the greater side by a partition wall into identical receivers of venous arterial blood; at the bottom of the chamber one suction valve is installed with an output from the receivers. In thickened walls of smaller side of chamber there are one injection valve for entry into pulmonary trunk and artery, and outside of chamber along periphery there are inlet branch pipes for blood, on both sides of the bottom and the cover of the chamber by modular principle on the chains spiked along its periphery are connected compression chambers, in the walls of which on the elastic supports a membrane in the form of a plate-type piezo actuator, Sections of plate-type piezo generators with pressure chambers closed on outer side with rubber plate are connected at the distance of piezo actuator deviation amplitude. Compression chambers are connected by channels made in thickened wall of receivers, perpendicular to bottom and cover, delivery valves are connected by inputs to channels, in the centre of piezo actuator and piezo generators there are holes for blood, and attachment of compression chambers and cover on walls of bearing housing is made by means of studded end faces on glue and ties from caprolon rod with heat fixation at ends.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced weight while maintaining blood pumping parameters.
