FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. According to the invention, formalin-fixed sections of biopsy materials fixed by formalin and paraffin-embedded biopsies of affected intestinal areas, obtained by colonoscopy in patients with nonspecific ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, using PCR with the genus specific primers homologous to the genus specific fragment of 16S rRNA bacteria of the genus Campylobacter: C. jejuni, C. coli and C. upsaliensis. Kit for detecting Campylobacter bacteria contains 6 components.
EFFECT: use of group of inventions simplifies and reduces duration of analysis.
