SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for conducting clinical diagnostic studies and can be used for automatic extraction of nucleic acids from a biomaterial sample and subsequent amplification thereof inside a disposable cartridge. Disposable cartridge comprises a base with container-reservoirs, distributor with capillaries with an obturator-sealant and ventilation wells, which, when assembled, form reservoirs, a rotary valve and a cover. Container-reservoirs are arranged along circle around axis, which is geometrical centre of cartridge design, and have shape of truncated non-sided pyramid. Position of the base of the truncated pyramid, which forms the bottom of the container, coincides with the position of the capillary of the distributor so that when these parts are connected, the end of the capillary is positioned at the bottom of the corresponding container-reservoir. Seat for a PCR chip is made on the base. Cover consists of two parts connected by a bridge acting as a movable hinge. Upper part comprises a latch. Lower part has a row of conical hollow protrusions protruding from both sides, the number of which is equal to the number of ventilation wells, and they are located along the radius relative to the axis, which is the geometric centre of the cartridge structure, so that their centre coincides with the centre of the ventilation wells.

EFFECT: disclosed is a disposable cartridge for extraction of nucleic acids and their subsequent amplification.
