SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for conducting clinical diagnostic studies and can be used for automatic isolation of nucleic acids from a biomaterial sample and their subsequent amplification inside a disposable cartridge. A disposable cartridge for nucleic acid isolation and their subsequent amplification contains a base with reservoir containers, a lid with capillaries for fluid movement and air movement holes, an obturator-seal, a rotary dispenser-distributor, a leash and a dispenser seat-distributor attached to the actuator, the cover of the dispenser-distributor and a clamp with a locking cap. The lid with capillaries for fluid movement and holes for air movement is closed from above by an obturator-seal, containers-reservoirs are located radially on the base, at the same distance from the geometric center of the circle in the center of the base and holes for air movement. On the base there is a seat for installing a microfluidic chip with one or more cells for amplification, closed with a film, so that the loading channels of the chip cells are located at the same distance from the geometric center of the circle as the capillaries, and the openings for the air movement of the remaining reservoirs.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the creation of a disposable cartridge with an increased number of cells with reagents, as well as having a more advanced design, which makes it possible to simplify the process of its production. 17 cl, 5 dwg
