FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: proposed are door opening part (2) for door stopper (1) and door stopper. Part placed in the door is made with possibility of magnetic interaction with part (3) placed in the floor for lifting of engaging element (11) arranged in the floor part at movement of door in the specified direction. Door-arranged part includes inclined part (19R, 119R) for supporting opposite and moving of the engaging element when the door moves in the predetermined direction to bring the door to a soft stop; and locking part (21), located relative to the inclined part so that the door is able to move, following the inclined part, and having a shape to be locked by the engaging member to stop the door when the door is slammed. Door stop including a door part arranged in the door, described above, and a part arranged in the floor.
EFFECT: door stop is proposed.
