FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stoma appliances. Stomatic accessory comprises a pad having an adhesive proximal side configured to be attached to the skin surface around the user's stoma, and a distal side, a protective layer located on the distal side of the adhesive layer, an opening for stoma placement. At that, proximal adhesive side of gasket contains central part, surrounding hole, and peripheral part, surrounding the central portion and forming an outer edge of the liner, a collecting bag configured to collect the effluents from the stoma, releasing the substrate covering the proximal adhesive side, wherein the release substrate comprises at least one fragile compound which defines separate substrate segments. Most of the fragile compounds have the form of lines of weakened strength, and a smaller portion of the fragile compounds has the form of lines of unbreakable strength, and wherein the non-loosened strength line extends from the weakened strength line to the release substrate edge and the frangible joints can be broken by applying a force, starting from the weakened strength line, but not starting from the line of unbreakable strength.

EFFECT: disclosed is an adhesive pad with a release substrate.
