SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication, and more particularly to a method and an apparatus for transmitting data over a plurality of logical channels in a New Radio (NR) system. In embodiments of present invention, method and apparatus for transmitting data are provided, which can implement distribution of multiple allocated uplink resources over multiple logical channels according to set of main parameters corresponding to logical channel. Method comprises: receiving, by a terminal device, a plurality of allocated uplink resources, wherein different allocated uplink resources correspond to different sets of main parameters, wherein the terminal device has a plurality of logical channels and each of the logical channels corresponds to at least one set of main parameters; and distribution by the terminal device of a plurality of allocated uplink resources over a plurality of logical channels according to a set of main parameters corresponding to each of the logical channels.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of implementation by terminal device distribution of multiple allocated uplink resources over multiple logical channels.
