SUBSTANCE: system of magnetic resonance imaging for visualization of patient's tissues, which is equipped with graphical user interface and analysis module (software). Analysis module is configured to analyze survey data, in particular selected survey protocol, for actions to be taken by operator, such as connection of auxiliary equipment or radio frequency receiving coils in magnetic resonance imaging system. Analysis module outputs actions, which must be taken, on a graphical user interface at the proper moment before or during the survey protocol execution.

EFFECT: thus, when performing selected survey protocol, operator is directed and maintained; this increases efficiency of the sequence of operations when one or more selected protocols are executed.
