FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns a method for differential diagnostics of cryptozoospermia and azoospermia by content of total protein in spermal plasma, including establishment of sperm cell absence during morphological examination of ejaculate, determining content of total protein on automatic biochemical analyzer by biuret method in sample of seminal plasma, where total protein content is less than 22.0 g/l confirms azoospermia; if total protein content is more than or equal to 22.0 g/l, cryptozoospermia is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides differential diagnostics of cryptozoospermia and azoospermia by content of total protein in spermal plasma with complicated search of sperm cells in ejaculate in the course of morphological examination.
