SUBSTANCE: invention relates generally to methods for preparation of cold brewing compositions, a device for preparation of cold brewing compositions and improved compositions of cold brewing beverage, including concentrates. Disclosed are methods for preparation of cold brewing beverage compositions including concentrates and a device for preparation of cold brew beverage compositions.
EFFECT: disclosed methods and device provide an efficient, fast, industrial production of cold brewing compositions having high total content of dry substance, increased stability of taste, longer storage life and possibility of use in containers of small volume.
