CAPILLARY BLOOD FLOW PHOTODIODE ANALYZER Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B5/00 G01N33/483

Abstract RU 2736807 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to optoelectronic diagnostic devices. Photodiode analyzer of the capillary blood flow comprises a housing accommodating an optoelectronic photoplethysmography sensor, a filter, a Bluethooth module for communication with the remote external device and an accumulator. Housing is U-shaped, on inner surface of ends of which there are elements for fixation relative to jaw of patient, wherein one of walls of housing is made with hole for passage of light signals supplied to oral mucosa surface, located inside the housing of the optoelectronic sensor module, which is represented by three emitters: red, green and infrared radiation, and a photoresistor for receiving reflected radiation. At that, when the contact breaks the contact between the oral mucosa surface and the optoelectronic sensor module, it is possible to block the analysis of time data, while maintaining previous data supplied to the aggregation module - a microcontroller transmitting data for analysis by the remote external device software using various statistical and geometrical methods for assessing the heart rate variability.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of determining heart rate, blood saturation, stress level, vegetative nervous system state, early diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy and assessing the state of regional blood circulation of the oral cavity at the stages of treating periodontium diseases, as well as remote wireless diagnosis of the functional state of the human cardiovascular system in real time.
