FIELD: medical equipment.\
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for ozone therapy in the oral cavity. The device contains an aeration chamber with a cavity for accommodating the area to be treated and connected in series by means of tubes to the supply source of the ozone-air mixture, a channel for introducing the ozone-air mixture into the aeration chamber and a channel for withdrawing the ozone-air mixture from the aeration chamber. The aeration chamber between the surface of the teeth and the walls of the housing is formed by a cast of C-silicone covering the outside of the acrylic plastic housing placed in the patient's oral cavity and the entire contour in contact with the teeth and gums. The body has an equal wall length of 3 cm, a body height of 2.5 cm and a wall thickness of 3 mm, and a parabolic cross-section, with an angle of divergence of the body walls: for the chewing group of teeth of the lower jaw 60° or for the chewing group of teeth of the upper jaw 75° or for anterior dental arch 50°. The body width is 2.5 cm or 3 cm and 1.5 cm, respectively. At the top of the parabola, parallel to the housing walls, there are two channels for introducing the ozone-air mixture into the aeration chamber and for withdrawing the ozone-air mixture from the aeration chamber. The channels are L-shaped to connect the housing cavity with the source of supply of the ozone-air mixture by means of two metal tubes made with the possibility of fixation in the housing using a thermoplastic material, and two silicone tubes connected to the metal ones. The source of supply of the ozone-air mixture is the Ozotron apparatus, and the channel for the withdrawal of the ozone-air mixture from the aeration chamber is connected to the destructor of the Ozotron apparatus.
EFFECT: provision of a reliable possibility of treating inflammatory processes, burns, etc. in the oral cavity by using a sealed gas chamber, which excludes the leakage of the ozone-air mixture into the upper respiratory tract.
