SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of general formula I, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, or solvates thereof, in which R1 denotes hydrogen, halogen or nitro; R2 is -NR4R5, where R4 and R5 are independently selected from a group consisting of C1-C6alkyl; or R4, R5 and the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded form saturated 4–6-member heterocyclic ring containing optionally an additional heteroatom, selected from a group consisting of NR6 and O, where the heterocyclic ring is optionally substituted with hydroxyl or C1-C6alkyl, where R6 is C1-C6alkyl; R3 denotes halogen, C1-C6alkoxy or -CORa; Ra is OH or NR7R8, where R7 and R8 are independently selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C6alkyl optionally substituted with one or more substitutes selected from halogen or NR9R10, and C1-C6alkyl substituted with 3-(C2-C6alkynyl)-3H-diaziridinyl; or R7, R8 and the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, form 6-member heterocyclic ring containing optionally an additional heteroatom which is N, and optionally substituted with C1-C6alkyl; R9 and R10 are independently selected from a group consisting of C1-C6alkyl; or R9, R10 and the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, form 5–6 membered heterocyclic ring, containing optionally additional heteroatom, which is O; and X is NH or O attached to the phenyl group by a para- or meta-position. EFFECT: obtaining novel compounds of general formula I, which can be used in treating a vimentin mediated disease.
