FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: ferromagnetic resonance spectrometer consists of a sensitive element - a microwave head, a table on which the studied sample of a thin magnetic film is placed, Helmholtz rings, digital modules for generating sweep and modulation signals, an automated system for positioning the table, while the Helmholtz rings are connected to the sweep module, which is operating in class D by an amplifier, and the microwave head is powered from a controlled power source, including a series-connected repeater, an integrating error amplifier, a voltage limiter and a current amplifier.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy and speed of measurements, a decrease in the level of intrinsic noise.
