FIELD: polymerisation of olefins.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preliminary contact of catalyst for continuous polymerisation of olefins and methods of preliminary contact of catalyst. Described is a method for preliminary contact of a catalyst for continuous polymerisation of an olefin, along which main catalyst, cocatalyst and, optionally, external electron donor are mixed and then subject to reaction at preliminary contact, with preliminary contact temperature in range from −30 °C to 35 °C and determined by laboratory experiments on polymerisation evaluation, reaction time at preliminary contact in range of 0.5–70 min and determined by laboratory experiments on evaluation of polymerisation and brought into preliminary contact catalyst is introduced into system of preliminary catalytic polymerisation and then into a catalytic polymerisation system. Also described is a device for preliminary contact of a catalyst for continuous polymerisation of an olefin, which enables to adjust the preliminary contact time and temperature of preliminary contact of catalyst, so that technical characteristics of catalyst according to process reach higher level.

EFFECT: proposed device is preliminary contact of catalyst for continuous polymerisation of olefins and method of preliminary contact of catalyst.
