FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and concerns a set of short biallelic insertion-deletion (InDel) polymorphisms in a human genome, as well as a method of genotyping for identification of an individual and identification of blood relationship. Kit for genotyping contains a composition formed by pairs of primers for 162 InDel loci, which enables to perform multiplex PCR. Also, the composition for genotyping contains allele-specific oligonucleotide probes for hybridization analysis. Primers are selected so that PCR-product has minimum length, which enables to successfully analyze degraded DNA samples.

EFFECT: invention allows identifying an individual and establishing kinship with significantly higher reliability in comparison with analogues.
