FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an L-tyrosine-producing microorganism and to production of L-tyrosine using said microorganism. Proposed is an L-tyrosine-producing microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium, containing the trp operon control region and a prephenate dehydrogenase-encoding gene functionally linked with said region, wherein the trp operon control region comprises a promoter (trp promoter). Also proposed are a method for producing L-tyrosine using the above microorganism, an expression cassette containing the trp operon control region and a prephenate dehydrogenase-encoding gene functionally linked with said region, wherein the trp operon control region comprises a trp promoter; as well as a composition for producing L-tyrosine, containing the trp operon control region and a prephenate dehydrogenase-encoding gene functionally linked with said region, an expression cassette containing the same, and a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium containing the same, wherein the trp operon control region comprises the trp promoter.
EFFECT: increase in the output of L-tyrosine.
