SUBSTANCE: system for carrying out phacoemulsification includes a handle with a tool formed by a hollow needle and a side surface surrounding the hollow needle, wherein the hollow needle forms a first channel, and a second channel, an irrigation device, an aspiration device, a distribution device and a control device are formed between the hollow needle and the side surface. In the first operating mode, the distributing device connects the second channel and the irrigation device for fluid medium exchange and the first channel and the aspiration device for fluid medium exchange. In the second operating mode the distribution device connects the first channel and the irrigation device for fluid medium exchange. In the second operating mode, the pressure with which the irrigation device releases fluid into the distribution device can be linearly controlled by the control device.
EFFECT: use of this invention will make it possible to expand range of technical means, namely systems for phacoemulsification.
