FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and system for acceptance or rejection of batches of meat for further processing to produce a consumer product. Such result is achieved due to that machine readable mark (44) is read by means of corresponding reading device (8) to obtain batch information for use by control device (12); weighing (56) a batch of meat to obtain meat weight information; comparison (46) in batch information control device (12), including information on fat content in meat batch and weight of said batch of meat, to which access is obtained, with recipe criteria, available for control device (12); making decision (48) in control device (12) based on comparison on meat batch acceptance or rejection for further processing; generation (50) by control device (12) of control signal depending on solution; using (52) a control signal from control device (12) for meat batch acceptance or rejection in accordance with a decision; collecting accepted batches of meat; mixing (54) of the received batch of meat with one or more previously received batches of meat with formation of a mixture corresponding to the recipe.
EFFECT: technical result is creating a recipe corresponding to the mixture.
