FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to haematology and pathological anatomy, and can be used for prediction of the clinical course of nodular sclerosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma. That is ensured by immunohistochemical staining after lymphadenectomy. Relative number of PD-L1- and BCL2-positive tumour cells is calculated using the developed mathematical formulas. Further, the index of the ID fraction is determined using a mathematical formula. If the ID is less than or equal to 73%, a favourable clinical course is predicted. If the ID is more than 73%, the unfavourable clinical course of the disease is predicted.
EFFECT: invention allows predicting the clinical course of lymphoma of Hodgkin's lymphoma in patients after lymphadenectomy.
