That is ensured by immunohistochemical staining after lymphadenectomy. Relative number of PD-L1- and BCL2-positive tumour cells is calculated using the developed mathematical formulas. Further, the index of the ID fraction is determined using a mathematical formula. If the ID is less than or equal to 73%, a favourable clinical course is predicted. If the ID is more than 73%, the unfavourable clinical course of the disease is predicted.
EFFECT: invention allows predicting the clinical course of lymphoma of Hodgkin's lymphoma in patients after lymphadenectomy.
