FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to haematology, and can be used for morphometric assessment of the clinical course of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma by the fraction index of CD4+ and CD8+ T-lymphocytes of the microenvelopment in the lymph nodes. Lymphadenectomy is followed by a histological introduction of the analysed material, immunohistochemical analysis on sections of lymph nodes with antibodies to CD4- and CD8-lymphocytes of the microenvironment, and their relative number is calculated. Fraction index FICD4+/CD8+ is determined. If the FICD4+/CD8+ is less than 13.5%, the unfavourable outcome of the disease is predicted. If FI is 13.5% or more, a favourable course of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides the morphometric assessment of the clinical course of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma by determining the FICD4+/CD8+ in the lymph nodes.
