SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machines for driving or extraction of rock, and in particular to cutting mechanism for driving or extraction of rock. Cutting device for interaction with plane of bottomhole comprises disk housing and cutting element. Disk housing is fixed with possibility of rotation around axis of rotation and comprises first surface and second surface, note here that said first surface is oriented orthogonally relative to rotational axis and adjacent therewith while second surface is radially spaced from rotational axis. Cutting element is fixed on the second surface of the disk housing and radially distanced from the axis of rotation. Cutting element comprises peripheral edge and multiple cutting teeth arranged along peripheral edge, wherein peripheral edge has round shape. Cutting element is made in the form of multiple cutting parts, independently and detachably attached to disk casing, at that each of cutting parts bears several cutting teeth.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling individual replacement of cutting elements.
