SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machines for driving or excavating rock, in particular to cutting device of machine. Proposed machine comprises frame and cutting assembly. Cutting assembly comprises boom, suspension system, at least one bearing and cutting device. Boom comprises a first part and a second part, wherein the first part is installed with possibility of rotation relative to the frame and comprises a first structure extending along the longitudinal base axis, and a second structure, which is movable relative to first structure in direction parallel to longitudinal base axis, wherein second part is pivotally connected to first part by universal hinge. Suspension system comprises multiple shifting elements connected between first part and second part. At least one bearing second structure for movement relative to first structure, which comprises main support and cushion, main support is attached to first structure, pillow rests against surface of second structure. Cutting device is retained by the second part of the boom.

EFFECT: technical result is uninterrupted machine operation for extraction of mine rock.
