SUBSTANCE: invention represents a kit for detecting and a method for detecting methylation of the ITGA4 gene. Primer and probe provided in the present invention are corresponding, which makes it possible to detect faeces as an object using a sample, and thus detection is simple, convenient and fast. It has been experimentally proved that for a faeces sample, if specificity is 95.2 %, the sensitivity of detecting methylated ITGA4 in relation to intestinal and adenoid cancer is 83.8 % and 41.6 %, respectively; and for intestinal cancer tissue, if specificity is 97.6 % (40/41), the frequency of detecting colorectal cancer and adenoid tumor is 96.2 % (101/105) and 71.6 % (78/109), respectively.
EFFECT: these results exceed detection results obtained using other primers or probes.
