FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biocompatible soft tissue implant for introduction into a human body and a method for making such an implant. Biocompatible implant comprises at least one layer including elastomer material, as well as at least one textile fabric located on this layer and forming surface of soft tissue implant, which has bioresorbable fibres containing gelatine and at least partially embedded in layer of elastomer material. Textile fabric is fabricated by rotary moulding with non-woven material. Method of producing a biocompatible implant comprises providing a carrier layer; applying a biocompatible elastomer precursor material on one side of the bearing layer; applying a textile web having a bioresorbable fibre on the elastomer precursor material such that the fibres of the textile web at least partially penetrate into the elastomer precursor material; suturing elastomer material precursor to elastomer material.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a soft tissue implant, in particular a breast implant, for insertion into a human body, which is well accepted by the immune system and has good durability.
