FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for laboratory diagnosis of tuberculosis from material obtained during biopsy or open access from affected organs (parenchymal, bone). Method comprises treatment of analyzed material from accompanying microflora at ambient temperature 21 °C and normal atmospheric pressure with 0.9 % ozonized NaCl solution, heated to temperature of 21 °C and continuously saturated with ozone-oxygen mixture with ozone concentration of 10,000 mcg/l/min. In the ozonized solution, the analyzed material is held for 45 minutes twice with pause of 60 minutes, during which the analyzed material is held in a thermostat at temperature of 37 °C.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing viability of tuberculosis mycobacteria and reducing their quantitative losses in the analyzed material in diagnosing tuberculosis.
