FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: investigated material is processed to remove foreign microflora with 4-4.7% trisodium phosphate solution. Past precipitations are neutralised with acid and sowed on a nutrient medium. Said acid is 0.8±0.2 % concentrated aminoacetic acid solution. The trisodium phosphate solution and acid are taken in the ratio 1:1. The invention can be used for laboratory diagnostics of tuberculosis.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of laboratory diagnostics and reduced time for laboratory researches due to higher viability and reduced quantitative losses of mycobacteria in the investigated material.
