SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a reaction vessel and a reaction device for polymerase chain reaction. Reaction vessel comprises a substrate, a channel for moving the sample, a hole for introducing the sample into the channel, a pair of air communication holes at the channel ends and a thermal cycle area between a pair of air communication openings. Channel comprises a plurality of branch channels between the thermal cycle region and the air communication hole, and the thermal cycle region comprises a first temperature region and a second temperature region. Reaction device comprises said reaction vessel, temperature regulator and fluid feed system.
EFFECT: inventions provide proper sample movement for carrying out stable PCR.
