FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power electronics, particularly to converters with reduced dynamic losses in power semiconductor switches, half-bridge drivers, self-contained current inverters, and so forth. Important requirements for housing of power semiconductor devices are high output of production processes and high quality of production. Technical result is ensured by the fact that in the method of manufacturing metal-ceramic housings TO-220, TO-247, TO-254, including arrangement of inlets in metal washers, high-temperature soldering to sections of metallisation of ceramic insulator of inputs inserted into holes of metal washers, formation of flat sites on ends of inputs inside insulator, intended for assembly of semiconductor device and soldering of insulator to flange, metal washers, after placing in them pre-burnt inlets, upset to form a dense permanent connection of washers with inputs, inputs are inserted into the insulator holes and flat areas are formed at the inputs inside the insulator by means of flattening to produce dense and fixed contact of the washers with metallization on the insulator, after that the input bushings with the insulator and insulator with the flange are soldered in one stage.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of quality of bodies of TO-220, TO-247, TO-254 type and manufacturability of their manufacture due to single-stage soldering of housing by high-temperature solder.
