SUBSTANCE: threshold values of relative levels of expression are set: for micro-RNA-31—0.09804, for micro-RNA-21—4.443, for micro-RNA-221—0.5312, for micro-RNA-223—1.315. MicroRNA expression level is measured in a biological sample of siRNA-31, siRNA-21, siRNA-223 and siRNA-221 by PCR in real time. SiRNA expression levels in the biological sample are compared with the threshold values. Survival prognosis is determined, where if the level of expression of all 4 microRNAs in the biological sample increases compared to the threshold values, a poor prognosis of survival is stated.

EFFECT: invention provides a method which is not laborious and does not require complex calculations.
