FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to oncology. Method is proposed for intraoperative sampling of glioma bioptate and morphologically unaltered brain tissue for molecular-genetic studies. Access to the tumor is carried out under neuronavigation control. At a distance from the surface of the brain to a tumor of more than 2 cm, encephalotomy is performed at a depth of 0.3 cm and from this area, a morphologically unaltered brain tissue is first sampled in a volume of 1 mm3. If the distance from the surface of the brain to the tumor is less than 2 cm, the tissue of glioma bioptate is first sampled in a volume of 1 mm3.
EFFECT: invention provides an effective method for intraoperative sampling of glioma bioptate and morphologically unaltered brain tissue.
