FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation and relates to a light detector. Device comprises a reaction structure forming a plurality of reaction recesses for receiving a reaction solution and a reaction centre, device base located under reaction structure and containing plurality of light sensors, device circuit, electrically connected to light sensors, facing layer passing around each light guide and arranged between each light guide and device circuit and protective layer passing around each light guide and located between each light guide and facing layer. Reaction centre is configured to generate light radiation under the action of excitation light after treatment with a reaction solution. Light guides pass into the device base from the input areas towards the corresponding light sensor. Protective layer prevents interaction between the reaction solution passing through the reaction structure and the light guide and the circuit of the device.
EFFECT: technical result consists in prevention of damage or corrosion of electronic components and longer service life of device.
