SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for detecting light. Essence of the invention consists in that the devices include a reaction structure for placing the reaction solution and at least one reaction centre, which generates light radiation under action of incident excitation light after treatment with a reaction solution, also includes a plurality of photosensitive elements and a device circuit. Devices further include a plurality of light guides extending in the direction of at least one corresponding light-sensitive element from the input regions receiving the excitation light and light emanating from at least one corresponding reaction recess, light guides comprise a first filtering region filtering excitation light and transmitting light radiation with a first wavelength to at least one corresponding light-sensitive element, and a second filtering region filtering excitation light and transmitting light radiation with a second wavelength to at least one corresponding light-sensitive element.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling reduced area and reliability of devices.
