FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment used in resuscitation of patients, particularly in artificial pulmonary ventilation. Facial tread for fixation of head position in prone position comprises body divided into forehead location area and chin location area, between which a nasal area and respiratory devices are arranged. Forehead and chin areas are arranged on the surface of the forehead area and the chin area. At that, at least the surface of the housing facing the user's face is made of silicone.
EFFECT: technical result achieved with the implementation of the developed device consists in preventing the formation of pressure ulcers of soft facial tissues in the patients being treated in the prone position.
