FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for simulation training of laparoscopic intracorporeal sutures. Training is performed with the help of box simulators for practicing laparoscopic skills of open and closed types. Training consists in sequential performance of the following actions by trainees, consisting of 4 parts: laparoscopic manipulations with thread and needle (LMN); formation of an interrupted intracorporeal suture with a surgical knot (ISK); formation of a continuous intracorporeal suture (CICS) with an Aberdeen knot (IAK); formation of an interrupted intracorporeal suture with a slip knot (ISK).
EFFECT: method increases the effectiveness of training laparoscopic intracorporeal sutures, provides the necessary visual and tactile control during suturing, which prevents the occurrence of errors during training, facilitates and speeds up training in simulation conditions, enables to standardize the training process due to the sequence of actions for mastering the suturing technique.
