SUBSTANCE: invention relates to molecular biology, in particular to genetic engineering, and can be used for genomic editing and production of bovine embryos resistant to leukemia virus.
EFFECT: disclosed is a genetic construct for introducing a double-stranded rupture followed by non-homologous repair in exon 2 of the BoLA-DRB3 gene, which can be used for genome editing of pre-implantation embryos for reproduction of high-value livestock of dairy direction, resistant to leukemia.
