SUBSTANCE: invention includes a plasmid obtained on the basis of the px601 vector and encoding the SaCas9 protein and guide RNA against the sequence fragment of exon 3 of the Bos taurus CD209 gene, intended for the assembly of adeno-associated viruses, as well as a method for obtaining Bos taurus embryos and their subsequent transduction with the obtained adeno-associated viruses to obtain mosaic knockouts for the CD209 gene.
EFFECT: development of a method of obtaining a knockout of the CD209 gene in Bos taurus embryos by transducing zygotes with adeno-associated viruses encoding SaCas9 and the corresponding guide RNA.
