FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns a diagnostic technique for the degree of mucosal dysplasia in the Barrett's oesophagus, where a biopsy of the metaplastic segment of the oesophagus mucosa is performed, focal points with morphological features of dysplasia are detected in it and immunohistochemical examination with antibodies to p53, Ki67, cyclin D1 and β-catenine, wherein determining the number of cells with nuclear expression within one gland in reaction with p53 antibodies, number of epithelial cells with nuclear expression in reaction with antibodies to Ki67, cyclin D1, as well as presence in epithelial cells of nuclear, cytoplasmic and membrane expression in reaction with antibodies to β-catenine.
EFFECT: invention provides timely selection of adequate therapeutic approach - dynamic observation, surgical management, due to reliable diagnosis of oesophageal mucosa dysplasia degree.
