SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at Barrett's oesophagus therapy. The method involves partial inhibition of Notch activation. Preferentially, a γ-secretase inhibitor is applied.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions allows reducing pathological signs of Barrett's oesophagus observed in an animal at least partially.
