SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. System effects the receptor systems of the body: eyes using RGB-LEDs installed in the mask, on auditory receptors with the help of stereo headphones and magnetic field exposure locally to cerebral cortex by means of thirty-two emitters of magnetic effects fixed in helmet on patient's head. Device allows stimulating cerebral neuronal fields by setting the frequency difference on all radiators which are multiples of or close to brain rhythms (alpha, beta, delta, theta, rhythms), as well as colour combinations with supply of different colours to each eye and various frequency modulations of the influencing signal of the magnetic field.

EFFECT: these types of action on the cerebral cortex and hippocampus in the frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 700 Hz enable to stimulate short-term memory and stimulate long-term memory for rehabilitation of the patient in the poststroke period.
