FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to radiation diagnostics, can be used for differential diagnostics of steatosis, hepatitis, cirrhosis of alcoholic genesis. T2 (transverse relaxation time) and T1 (longitudinal relaxation time) are used to derive weighted liver images (WI) with magnetic resonance imaging. Method is carried out in diffusion-weighted image (DWI) mode with qualitative evaluation of diffusion: white color gamut - diffusion limitation, black - no diffusion limitation. Mapping of measured diffusion coefficient (MDC) is performed. If there is no diffusion limitation, the measured diffusion coefficient is (2.66±0.9)×10-3 mm2/s is steatosis. If there is diffusion limitation, measured diffusion coefficient = (1.75±0.6)×10-3 mm2/s - hepatitis. If there is no diffusion limitation, the measured diffusion coefficient = (1.15±0.6)×10-3 mm2/s is cirrhosis.
EFFECT: method provides non-invasive diagnosis of steatosis, hepatitis, cirrhosis of alcoholic genesis by determining diffusion criteria.
